I remember when I was pregnant how my body started to prepare me for what was about to happen. I have a feeling the same thing is happening, except I’m not pregnant.
I am a morning girl. I love to get up early and get my day started. I can’t nap during the day, it’s a waste of time when I should be doing something. But a long day of hard work and a brain that doesn’t shut off makes me pretty tired and I am usually sound asleep by 9. Not a great schedule for an event planner considering most events happen…at night.
Lately my body has started to make some changes and I am suddenly finding myself awake at the most absurd hours. In fact it’s 8:42pm and I am just sitting down to get some work done. If I go to bed too early now I either watch tv or work on my laptop until almost midnight and it always takes me at least an hour to fall asleep. It is the strangest thing. I am now sleeping in until 7:30 consistently and up to all hours of the night. Good thing for business, not so good for cuddle time with my hubby because he’s been snoring for 4 hours by the time I jump into bed.
I guess my body can feel this events life about explode too because it is preparing me for late nights.
