Culture Operations Manager
Mekayla graduated with her Bachelor’s of Kinesiology this past year. Although she has her passion for human science and athletic training, she also has pursued her passion for all things organization. She works with businesses to organize and optimize their time and systems. Mekayla handles all of the behind-the-scenes aspects of ITM Events and ensures that everything runs smoothly while helping our clients meet their tight deadlines. Outside of working for ITM Events, Mekayla loves working with Lakehead University athletes dealing with their injuries and rehabilitation, going on long walks and training with her puppy Kaiser, and doing all things journaling.
