Being asked back to execute the same event again is always an honour. We were honoured to be a part of the Rural Summit again this year. With only 6 weeks to plan this year it was a true feat to accomplish but we did with a smile.
The event brought to the table all the same features that our delegates loved last year like the great content and the farm to table lunch. We added in some great new features this year – an agri-food tour and half day workshops on day 2 (oh ya, that was new too, a 2-day event instead of just one).
I think the highlights this year had to be the agri-food tour, the cannabis panel and the discussion about protecting our food sources. Well and of course the food!
