Team Christmas Design Challenge – Part 8

Team Christmas Design Challenge – Part 8

Our final Christmas Team Design Challenge is a group effort. This display is actually on my front lawn and porch. It is a team effort because it is bits and pieces we brought home from our final event of the year.

The chair is a regular piece of my front porch design. It was purchased from one of our designers who owns The Dusty Magpie. And the bucket of birch is three birch branches we cemented into a plastic garbage can from the dollar store. We placed the branches into the gorgeous silver bucket you see there in the picture. We wrapped a red ribbon around them and tied some berries and bells to it.

The buckets on the front porch are filled at the bottom with florist blocks (those green ones you can stick stems into) and a few other things to raise it up. And we placed all the branches into the bucket. I would like to say I strategically placed them to make them look perfect but the truth is I carefully took them out of the buckets from the event and hoped they would stay very similar for when I placed them back in. Heehee.

And the final piece, which is one of my favourites, is the wreath. it is actually two wreaths zip tied together. I couldn’t find one I loved but found two that were options and as I carried them out of the store I had them piled on top of each other and thought, well that looks kind of nice. So that’s what we did!
