In the middle of October we opened a showroom in downtown Kemptville. After being in business for 3 years and working out of my home I decided it was time to take the next step so that you, our clients, could get the most of what we have to offer. Our showroom is for you.

Our showroom is located in one of the most gorgeous heritage buildings in downtown Kemptville. We are on the second floor in a gorgeous little office that is just the right size for us…right now.
In our showroom you can come and meet with us to discuss your event planning needs. We can talk about planning your whole event for  you, just part of your event or just helping you to pull it off on the day of. 
Did you know that we also have linens in our showroom? We have a showroom just like in the city. We have tablecloths, chair covers, runners and napkins so that you can come and build your event table right here before confirming exactly what you think you want. We have more people come here and tell me “I want this, and this and this” and then leave here saying “Wow I never would have thought to put that together and that looks so much better than what I was thinking”. 
Every month our designers come in and create a new look for you to admire. We focus on different colours and stunning centerpieces. My favorite part of this is that we get to show you how a white, silver or off white chair cover looks with the same table setting. Or how a blue napkin does look amazing with your yellow decor choice. 
The events world is incredibly jammed packed with overwhelming selections and ideas. Our job is to help you make it easy to sift through to find the perfect fit for you.

Julia O’Grady has big vision, fresh ideas and a proven track record in the events industry. She and her team work hard to exceed client expectations and push ITM Events to achieve greater heights. A driven entrepreneur, Julia also manages the business side of ITM Events including human resources, finances, marketing and writing grant and sales proposals. In taking a high level approach to event management, Julia is able to visualize a project from inception to successful execution. She attracts valuable sponsors by offering meaningful opportunities to engage with participants. Julia uses her keen analytical mind to create incredible events that maximize the available budget. When Julia isn’t planning unforgettable events, she loves travelling the world with her family, staying active, and enjoying fine food and martinis.
